By: Zoe Hines Founder of Ballistic Sounds. New Zealand native artist and choreographer, PARRI$, recently dropped a track titled “Nasty”. She is widely known for being a competitor on America’s Best Dance Crew, and choreographing the video “Sorry” by Justin Bieber. The video reached over 1 billion views on youtube and since then her career has taken off.
“Nasty” starts off with an edm sounding melody and a hip hop beat. PARRI$ starts spitting bars, flaunting her confidence and swagger. When the beat slows down her flow and lyricism change. Her energy shifts towards her promiscuous side with lyrics like “You wanna be bad? Make it clap now”. In the second verse of the track, PARRI$ reveals why she is is better than any other girl because of how free and amusing her personality is. This song is simple and to the point. It’s a perfect anthem to listen to when you’re poppin bottles with your squad. If you need a song to feel sexy too, listen to PARRI$ and get Nasty!
